Chef Ed believes food transcends culture and time. He was born in South Jersey, with one foot in Italy. As a self taught chef and lover of food, wine and cooking, Chef Ed strives to share his knowledge with all those interested in learning more about the culinary world.

Chef Ed started his first food business when he was 25, and has been in the food business ever since. While he was in the process of selling his restaurant, he started teaching pasta making classes and enjoyed the interactive nature of the environment. Since then, he has expanded his catering and classes to the public, adding new pop ups and events in the area.
