  • Explore the basics of making a foolproof pasta dough from scratch, different pasta shapes, and tried and true sauces to accompany them! 

    Basic Pasta, Gnocchi, Stuffed Pasta, Regional Pasta Classes (Rome, Sicily, Sardegna, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast and more..)

  • 4-5-6 wine tasting featuring themed snacks.  Guests will learn about each wine and enjoy the pairings throughout the class.  Themed classes such as Italian, French, or Spanish wines with food pairings.

  • Custom boutique catering tailored to each event. Our professional planning staff will ensure every aspect of your party is perfect. We manage each event and provide you food, decor, performers, setup and cleanup.

Classes include antipasto, two pasta and two sauce tutorial, and dessert. We provide all of the equipment, food, and serve ware needed for the class. Wine pairings, staffing, and rentals available.
